Mark is an attorney with a diverse range of experience across multiple areas of law, including civil litigation, employment law, alternative dispute resolution, and personal injury cases. Currently, he specializes in civil litigation, with a particular emphasis on insurance defense, where he leverages his extensive knowledge and skills to effectively represent his clients.
Mark earned his Juris Doctor from the Ohio Northern University Claude W. Pettit College of Law, where he actively participated in the trial team, honing his advocacy skills, and gaining valuable hands-on experience. Additionally, he contributed to the Civil Rights and Civil Liberties Law Journal, demonstrating his commitment to understanding and addressing complex legal issues.
Prior to pursuing his law degree, Mark received a Bachelor of Arts in History, focusing on the Holocaust and the Nuremberg Trials, which reflects his deep interest in the ethical and historical dimensions of law. During his undergraduate years at Muskingum University, he also excelled as a dedicated student-athlete, playing baseball throughout all four years.
