Professional Biography
Arnold received his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati and his law degree from the University of Toledo College of Law. He was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in May 2017. While in law school, Arnold served as the Student Bar Association President, Chair of the Board of the University of Toledo Student Legal Services Corporation, student representative on the UT Law Alumni Affiliations Board, and was involved in the Trial Advocacy Program.
Arnold joined W&S in January 2018 after practicing law in the areas of civil litigation, criminal defense and domestic relations in Cincinnati, Ohio. His current practice includes civil defense litigation with a particular focus in defending insurance companies and their insureds in personal injury, transportation, and premises liability claims, handling probate matters, domestic relations issues, including divorce, dissolution, and child custody, as well as drafting and successfully arguing post judgment motions. He also has experience representing injured individuals in personal injury matters.
During his tenure with W&S, Arnold has had significant experience serving as the lead attorney on cases defending insurers and their insureds in personal injury suits, investigating and representing insurers in coverage related matters, and representing families and individuals in domestic relation issues. Arnold has a proven track record of successfully resolving lawsuits using both alternative dispute resolution and litigating cases at trial.
