Who We Are

Richard founded Williams & Finkbine (formerly Williams & Petro) in June 1998. He has participated and has been witness to the growth and success of the firm since its’ inception.

He takes pride in the work he does, as well as the work the team of attorneys, and support staff does in order to make Williams & Schoenberger prosper.

As an attorney, Arnold recognizes how individuals and companies can be put in difficult situations when both small and major issues arise. As a litigator, he is dedicated to successfully representing his clients’ needs, no matter the size or complexity.

In his practice, Arnold focuses mainly in the areas of insurance defense litigation, domestic relations, probate, and personal injury. He has significant experience representing individuals and corporations in all matters relating to insurance claims, insurance coverage, employer/employee liability, transportation liability, construction liability, and all other matters involving insurance policies and claims.

In the firm’s civil litigation matters, Susan handles issue identification, the positioning of cases for disposition on motion via discovery and development of the facts, pre-trial preparation, and research, writing, and oral argument.

Brian’s current practice focuses on domestic relations, juvenile law, Guardian ad Litem work, civil litigation, and insurance defense.

Darrin’s current practice includes civil litigation with a particular focus in defending insurance companies and their insureds in personal injury claims and probate matters.

With a strong foundation in both legal theory and practical application, Mark is committed to providing high-quality legal representation to his clients.

Since joining the firm, Jenna has provided detailed coverage opinions to insurance companies and assisted in the defense of insurers and their insureds in various civil litigation matters.
